Aisle Stacker
Aisle stackers are one of the core equipment in automated high-bay warehouses, divided into single-column stackers and double-column stackers. According to energy consumption, they are further divided into energy-saving stackers and ordinary stackers.
Single-Column Stacker
A single-column stacker consists of a single column, upper and lower beams, a cargo platform, forks, a lifting mechanism, a walking mechanism, and a control system. Single-column stackers have a simple structure, occupy less aisle space, are easy to maintain and operate, and have relatively low manufacturing costs. They are widely used in high-bay warehouses with relatively light cargo and low lifting heights.
Double-Column Stacker
A double-column stacker consists of two columns, upper and lower beams, a cargo platform, forks, a lifting mechanism, a walking mechanism, and a control system. The two columns provide stable support, enabling the stacker to withstand greater weight and operating loads, resulting in a more stable structure. Double-column stackers are widely used in high-bay warehouses with heavy cargo and high lifting heights.
