The structure of a curved-track stacker is relatively complex, typically consisting of a frame, cargo platform, forks, horizontal walking mechanism, lifting mechanism, curved-track running mechanism, and control system. Its track is designed in a curved shape, commonly U-shaped, allowing the stacker to switch between different aisles. It is suitable for warehouses with low frequency of entry and exit, and multi-variety small-batch warehouses. One stacker serving two aisles greatly reduces equipment costs.
